15-Year Commercial Warranty

GTP International, LTD. will furnish replacement flooring free of charge if there is a

loss of original pattern and color under normal residential and/or commercial use of

FreeFit^TM tile for the number of years as indicated below provided the flooring covered by

this warranty is installed and maintained according to instructions.

This warranty covers materials and reasonable labor costs if professional installation was

paid for when the floor was originally installed. GTP International, LTD. reserves the right

to use its own source to obtain an installer for replacement flooring.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, loss of original pattern and color due to

staining, fading or wear, when the flooring is subject to normal residential and/or commercial

use.

This warranty does not include damage caused by fire, excessive moisture or alkalis in the sub

floor or conditions arising from hydrostatic pressure, intentional abuse, damage caused by

vacuum cleaner beater bar, improper caster wheels, and cutting from sharp objects, or

texture differences between samples and delivered product and exterior application.

This warranty shall not include loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses (such as

telephone calls, labor and/or materials) incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the

affected material, and any other incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so

that the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific

legal rights and you many have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the FreeFitTM product, not to any

subsequent homeowner and is pro-rated. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties,

expressed or implied. This warranty service is available only by notice to GTP International, LTD.,

through the dealer from whom the purchase was made. Notification must be accompanied by a

copy of the original invoice and can only be authorized by GTP International, LTD.

This warranty extends only to the original end-user.
